Cancellation Policy– At Spoilt Hair Retreat we understand life happens. Please avoid cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% of your service may be added onto your next appointment if cancelled on the day of your service.
7 Day Return Policy– At Spoilt Hair Retreat we pride ourselves on doing our absolute best. If however you are not satisfied with the service received, you will have 7 days after your appointment to contact us and request a redo service at no extra cost.
